This is online personal training after all. You don't have to have a gym membership to get this type of training. We can make workout programs for at home, in the gym or at the park. Let us know what kind of program you would like to start with today!

NUTRITION GUIDANCE

We give you weekly meal ideas to help with busy weeks that you can't think of anything to eat. We want you to like these meals too so we go over them every week to make sure you'll eat the meals we suggest. Eating healthy is the hardest part about losing weight, let us help you!

ONE ON ONE WEEKLY MEETINGS

We don't treat you like just a number, we want you to succeed and tell us what you're having trouble with or don't have time for. Each week you'll meet with a nationally certified personal trainer and they will help push you in the right direction.

HOW IT WORKS

MAKE A APPOINTMENT

We want to get to know you first and make sure this is the right fit for you. We want to make sure we get all your goals down, any injuries you may have, any allergies to certain foods, etc. Then from there we start making a program.

GETTING STARTED

Now that we have goals and any injuries that we should be aware of. We go over the workout and nutrition guide. Making sure everything makes sense. This is a great time to ask LOTS of questions. We come up with a game plan on when you want to workout and how to keep you motivated to workout. We do daily check ins to make sure everything is going smoothly.

TRACK PROGRESS

We always want a baseline to track throughout your training and nutrition. If you have a scale this is the time to use it. We will step on it 1 time a week to make sure we're making progress. If we aren't making any progress then we switch up our routine.
